These modular units are 2005. they are fleetwood and comark the units are all the same floor plan. they are thermal zone III insulated with 2x6 exterior walls 20lbs roof load, but i can up grade to 30-40 lbs.the comark unit have individual a/c and heating units per room. the units are $42,995 delivered to Williston,North Dakota.
